A Rainbow Sunrise Talk on Proverbs 12 10

Dr. Lively went out to do a sunrise commentary on the topic of kindness to animals based on Proverbs 12:10, and was met with a beautiful rainbow in an otherwise clear sky. He first discusses the blessings of farm life as an aspect of a Biblical lifestyle and then analogizes care for animals with stewardship of the society we live in and the contrast of the righteous and the wicked in the culture of life vs the culture of death. Lastly, he offers a simple formula for maximizing one’s impact in the political and cultural realms no matter what one’s skill set or experience may be.

A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal, But even the compassion of the wicked is cruel.
